TERRORISM RISK INSURANCE PROGRAM REAUTHORIZATION ACT OF 2007

Under the enacted Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2007, effective December 26, 2007, Red Shield Insurance Company must make certified terrorism coverage available to all commercial policy holders. This would include commercial general liability, commercial property, commercial package and commercial inland marine.

In accordance with the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2007, we are offering our Insureds coverage for losses resulting from certified acts of terrorism.

We will separately quote coverage for certified acts of terrorism on new business. Insureds need to decide if they wish to purchase this coverage and return the signed disclosure form to allow us to include the coverage and premiums on their renewals or new business. We must have the signed form in our file in order for coverage to be included.
